Sealed and unused products can be requested for exchange within 7 days of delivery. The product, box, seal, and packaging should be in sellable condition.

Opened fragrances
Opened, sprayed, rolled-on, or used perfumes cannot be returned or exchanged for hygiene and fragrance safety reasons.
Damaged in transit
If your parcel arrives damaged, leaked, or broken, contact us within 48 hours with clear photos of the product, packaging, and courier label.
How to start a return or exchange

- 2Share the reason for the request and clear photos if the item is damaged, wrong, or leaked.
- 3Our team will review the request and guide you on the next step.
- 4After inspection and approval, refunds are processed within 5 to 7 business days.
A few important notes
Exchange eligibility is checked after we receive the item or review the evidence shared by the customer. Items returned without confirmation may not be accepted.
Delivery charges, courier delays, and failed delivery attempts are handled case by case. We will always try to resolve genuine issues fairly and quickly.
Custom Blending Lab creations are made to your selected recipe, so they can only be reviewed for damage, leakage, or wrong preparation concerns.
