These Terms of Service explain how you may use the Scents By Izhaan website and purchase from us. By browsing, placing an order, joining a program, or submitting a form, you agree to these terms.

Scents By Izhaan sells perfumes, attars, oud blends, discovery sets, and custom Lab blends in Pakistan. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use the website or place an order.

We specialize in high-quality inspired fragrances and original custom blends. Inspired fragrances are our own interpretations of popular scent profiles.

Designer names, brand names, and references are used only to help customers understand the scent direction. Scents By Izhaan is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or connected to those designer brands.

Fragrance performance can vary based on skin chemistry, weather, application, storage, and personal sensitivity. Product descriptions, notes, sillage, longevity, and recommendations are guidance, not guaranteed results.

An order is confirmed after you submit the checkout form and we accept it for processing. We may contact you through phone, WhatsApp, or email to verify order details.

Product availability, prices, bundles, discovery sets, and offers may change without notice. If an item becomes unavailable after you order, we may offer a replacement, store credit, refund, or cancellation.

Please enter complete and accurate customer details, including phone number, city, address, and any special instructions. Incorrect information can delay or prevent delivery.

We currently support Cash on Delivery where courier service allows it, and Online Payment For Mobile App Users through the bank transfer details shown at checkout.

For manual payment orders, your order may remain unpaid or pending until payment proof is received and reviewed. Please send the payment screenshot or receipt with your order number through the upload option, WhatsApp, or email.

Credit Card, SafePay, JazzCash, or other payment gateways may be added later. Until a gateway is active on the site, unavailable payment methods should be treated as disabled.

We deliver across Pakistan through available courier partners. Delivery timelines depend on city, courier route, order volume, weather, holidays, and address accuracy.

Risk of delay can increase for remote areas, incomplete addresses, failed delivery attempts, or unreachable phone numbers. Courier charges and free-shipping thresholds may change from time to time.

Returns and exchanges are handled according to our Returns & Refunds policy. Sealed and unused products are reviewed differently from opened products because fragrance items have hygiene and safety concerns.

Custom Lab blends are prepared according to your selected recipe, format, and size. Because they are personalized, they may only be reviewed for issues such as leakage, damage, wrong preparation, or dispatch mistakes.

If your parcel arrives damaged, leaked, or incorrect, contact us quickly with your order number and clear photos so we can review the concern fairly.

Discount codes, loyalty points, daily game rewards, referral discounts, and Scentfluence benefits are promotional features. We may update, pause, reject, or remove rewards if there is misuse, fraud, technical error, duplicate use, or policy abuse.

Discounts may have expiry dates, minimum order values, exclusions, or one-time-use rules. Unless clearly stated otherwise, discounts and referral codes do not stack.

Scentfluence approval is not automatic. Applications are reviewed, and referral points are credited only after referred orders meet the program rules and are confirmed by admin.

You agree not to misuse the website, interfere with its security, scrape content at scale, attempt unauthorized admin access, submit false information, abuse discount systems, or use the site for unlawful activity.

We may suspend or refuse orders, accounts, rewards, or referral participation where we reasonably believe there is fraud, abuse, harassment, payment risk, or misuse of the website.

All website content, including product names, text, images, designs, logos, graphics, recipes, Lab interface, and promotional material, belongs to Scents By Izhaan or is used with permission.

You may not copy, reproduce, resell, or commercially use our website content without written permission.

We work hard to keep the website accurate and available, but we cannot guarantee that every page, feature, image, price, stock status, or promotion will always be error-free.

To the maximum extent allowed by applicable law, Scents By Izhaan is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses connected to website use, courier delay, product misuse, or third-party service issues.

We may update these Terms of Service when our products, features, payment methods, delivery process, or legal requirements change. The latest version posted on this page applies to future website use and orders.
